The majority of items sold by Neate Medals are one of a kind.
Placing an order is not a guarantee of sale should the item have already been sold. We will endeavour to keep the website as up to date as possible but as we sell via other methods we cannot guarantee the availability of every item.
When completing your order and paying via the secure and automated Payment Service Provider (PSP) and your payment is confirmed, the item is automatically reserved for you. Despatch of your item will be within 2 – 4 days. Should there be a delay in despatch you will be notified.
On this automated site your total amount payable will be indicated before payment is made. When completing your payment via the PSP, what you see is what you pay – No extra charges.
Payment Service Providers (PSPs) provide a secure link to ensure your debit / credit card details are kept secure throughout the transaction process. This method is a requirement by card retailers for e-commerce sales to comply with e-commerce transaction card schemes (Mastercard and Visa) Electronic Commerce Indicator (ECI). This method of payment is extremely secure as only the relevant banks are processing the information. There is no access to third parties, not even to Neate Medals. Payment can also be made via cheque or bankers draft. Payable to Neate Medals.
Should you prefer to make payment in this manner please complete the ordering process online right to the point of entering credit card details and then click 'cancel'. Please then telephone on 01787-248168 in order for the item to be reserved for you.
All items sold on this website are dispatched via Royal Mail.
This cost will be included on the automated check out.
There is however limited compensation on Royal Mail Services:
United Kingdom – maximum insurance to a value of £2500-00
Rest of the World – insurance cover is £250 / £500 depending on the destination country.
Should you wish to use an alternative courier and / or increase your insurance cover, please contact us prior to placing your order.
