1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this website without
registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only
open to you if you register.
1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this

2. PRICING
2.1 All prices include VAT. This is by Special Scheme and therefore not
refundable or reclaimable.
2.2 We charge separately for packing, carriage, insurance and any other
relevant charges. The final inclusive total will be displayed before payment
is made and accepted via the automated checkout system.
2.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
3.1. Payment may be made via our automated online system using Mastercard,
Switch / UkMaestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit / Delta and Visa Electron. This
information is not captured by us but via Protx, a secure Payment Service
Provider (PSP) which complies with E-commerce transactions Card Schemes (Mastercard
and Visa) Electronic Commerce Indicator (ECI).
3.2.If you have processed your order online using the Protx payment pages
your details are collected in a secure environment. The padlock shows that
your details are collected using 128 bit secure SSL technology.
Once you have entered your details, Protx will securely send these details
to the bank to be authorised. This is a completely secure process and Protx
ensures that your details cannot be accessed by a third party.
Protx is audited by an independent auditor on a regular basis to ensure that
they comply with the latest security standards set out by Visa and
MasterCard.
3.3 We also accept payment by cheque, bankers draft or you may way wish to
telephone us with your debit or credit card payment details on 01787-248168,

There will be a 3% surcharge levied on credit card payments processed in
this manner, no charge for debit cards.
3.4 We accept part exchange items. Please contact us with details.
4. RETURNS POLICY
4.1 All items are sold as genuine and original unless otherwise stated. Any
item proven to be incorrectly described has a full return privilege. Items
must be returned within 7 days for UK purchases or 14 days for overseas
purchases.
The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.2 You will lose your right to return the goods if they are not returned
in their original condition or if the goods have been offered for resale.
4.3 A refund will be granted subject to the above clauses for the purchase
price of the item via the same method payment was made, unless otherwise
agreed.
5. RISK OF LOSS
5.1 All items purchased from this website are dispatched via Royal Mail. The
risk of loss under these conditions passes to you once we have obtained proof
of receipt from Royal Mail.
5.2 The same conditions will apply should you have arranged for an alternate
dispatch method.
6. LICENCE
6.1 You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of
this site and not to download (other than page caching and proof files, or
files relating to services provided) or modify it, or any portion of it,
except with express written consent from Neate Militaria & Antiques and our
associates.
6.2 This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site
or its contents;

b) any derivative use of this site or its contents;

another merchant;
